Thanks for attending Fluor’s Performing Arts session last Wednesday, where I read the first seven pages of my novel, Desert Medicine.

I haven’t yet heard from the New York agent. The agent, who was recommended  by my writing teacher, received my manuscript two weeks ago. My writing teacher has only heard that the agent is reading the manuscript and will get back to me when she’s finished.

While waiting to hear from New York, I’m working on ideas for my next novel, which will be set in Nebraska.
